2:00 to 5:30pm – Opening & Business Meeting

- Flag Ceremony
- Welcoming Remarks
- NCS Keynote
- National CEO Keynote
- Two proposals discussed and voted on
6:30pm to 7:30pm – Delegate Reception
Day 2
Wednesday, July 19 (8:30am – 5:30pm)*
All Day Business Meeting
- DEIRJ guest speaker
- Four proposals discussed and voted on
- Discussion topic breakouts/Governance
- National Board and National Board Development Committee Elections
*Should it be needed, meeting time may be extended into second session when delegates return from dinner (8:30pm – 10pm).
Day 3
Thursday, July 20 (8:30am – 1pm)*
All Day Business Meeting
- Proposals discussed and voted on
- Installation of the National Board
- International Commission Report
- Incoming President Keynote
- Segment that highlights highest awards
NCS Closing
- Move to Hall of Experiences Preview & lunch
