A new edition of the Blue Book is now available based on changes approved by the National Board at its March 27, 2025 meeting. You can download a copy of the most recent version from the GSUSA website….

This website is not affiliated with GSUSA or any council. It’s offered by some Girl Scout volunteers who are intensely interested in Girl Scout Governance and in giving members a voice in governance on both the national and council level. We offer it as a “one-stop location” open to all members of the Girl Scout Movement ages 14 and above who are interested in governance in our Movement.
